Frisky Fitness is about helping women be active during and post pregnancy; understand what is happening to your body and enlighten you on the benefits of exercise for both you and your growing baby. My ‘Frisky Mumma’ pre and post-natal class focuses on core stability, pelvic floor and strengthening your body with specific exercises using a fit ball, resistance bands and weights, to target muscles that will be used for everyday things like lifting, feeding, changing and playing with your baby.

In addition to this, I also have something very exciting coming to Frisky Fitness called Kangatraining! Kangatraining is Australia's latest post-natal workout for mums and bubs. This class is a combination of cardio, dance and strength training with the added benefit of wearing your baby, so no need to find a sitter (and no excuses either)!! I am hoping to launch 'Kangatraining Woden Valley and Surrounds' late 2017 or early 2018.

Frisky Mumma and Kangatraining are both a great way for busy Mums and Mums to be to stay active, meet like minded Mums in the area and feel supported and comfortable knowing you are working out safely.

For those who are not pregnant and for the men out there, I do offer personal training 'Frisky PT' and a small group bootcamp style class 'Frisky Fit' as well. A great way to reach fitness goals or get in shape for an upcoming event.
