Nominate caring Year 6 kids!

Do you know a Year 6 student who is making a positive difference in the lives of others?
Nominate them for the Fred Hollows Humanity Award at, before midnight Sunday 10 September. The Fred Hollows Humanity Award is an initiative of The Fred Hollows Foundation and aims to recognise Year 6 students who show compassion, integrity and kindness in their lives, just as Fred Hollows did. Whether it’s making a difference in their local community, volunteering for a cause, or simply showing compassion for a fellow classmate, no act of kindness is too small to recognise! All nominees will be recognised by Gabi Hollows and Chief Minister Andrew Barr at a presentation ceremony on Friday 22 September, where an ACT Junior Ambassador to The Foundation will be announced. This Junior Ambassador will extend their humanity by allocating $5000, donated by Specsavers, to a Fred Hollows Foundation program of their choice to help us end avoidable blindness.
