My pre & post-natal class 'Frisky Mumma' is a moderate intensity strength class for Mums and Mums-to-be who are looking for a fun, safe and effective way to train during pregnancy and beyond. Classes focus on strength, core and pelvic floor. Join a supportive community surrounded by likeminded women who are on the same journey. Babies are welcome!

In addition to this, I also have something very exciting coming to Frisky Fitness called Kangatraining! Kangatraining is Australia's latest post-natal workout for mums and bubs. This class is a combination of cardio, dance and strength training with the added benefit of wearing your baby, so no need to find a sitter (and no excuses either)!! I am hoping to launch 'Kangatraining Woden Valley and Surrounds' in early 2018.
Frisky Mumma and Kangatraining are both a great way for busy Mums and Mums to be to stay active, meet like minded Mums in the area and feel supported and comfortable knowing you are working out safely.
