Seeking a Property Manager

Suburb: Fyshwick

We are seeking applicants for a Residential Property Manager's position within our Fyshwick Office.

The successful applicant will require experience, a high degree of attention to detail and be supportive of a systemised and process driven working environment. They will be expected to communicate with Clients and Customers in a professional manner and conduct their duties in accordance with current company and legislative framework.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Managing a property portfolio
- Liaising with landlords and tenants
- Carry out routine inspections and condition reports
- Conduct rent reviews
- Liaise with tradespeople for maintenance and repairs

Skills and experience required:

- Current Certificate of Registration in ACT or NSW
- Previous experience in administration
- Previous experience in Property Management preferable
- Exceptional customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent administration skills
