The Canberra Physical Culture Club has been operating for over 30 years in the South Canberra area and throughout much of that time; we have had many generations participate within the club.
Fun, upbeat music is the soundtrack to a sport that fuses dance styles such as jazz, ballet, hip hop, contemporary, pilates, aerobic dance and even yoga! Physie is the perfect combination of movements designed to increase strength, fitness and flexibility.
